Sawmill sawmill for an initial lumber treatment

I think it would be interesting to add a sawmill before using the wood

I think this actually would be a nice addition now that we have local tree production.
Construction part 1 in the basic workshop could use lumber. Cp1 in later workshops would need lumber from mills, which produce wood chips as a byproduct.
Later, manufactured wood can be made of plastic+wood chips+lumber.
