Demand visualization of resources

How to locate problem zones?
1. Select resource (or hold some button and mouse over it)
2.1 Buildings become red, if they are not provided with resource, but has demand
2.2 Or green, if they produce/storage selected resource
2.3 Gray, if they are not about selected resource
Or it could be line indicator on building (overlay), KPI indicator.
Or heat map.

Plus map with highlight points where this resource is right now:
- stored in input buffers
- stored in output buffers
- stored in storages
- transporting by vehicle or transport lines
