Keeping the steel mill layout, you could add hot and cold rolled steel production. This would allow the addition of stamping for things like automotive and household goods. Would add more depth to current steel mill setups and bring in things likes vehicles for consumer products. And you could add things like grease from petroleum to help with maintenance instead of just electronics and gears.
