Return the much cheaper-to-build Captain's Office from v0.29 to make Blueprints accesible earlier
I never played the v0.29 closed test version, but I did watch a lot of it played on YouTube. Back then there was a much smaller and cheaper Captain's Office, so you could get access to Edicts earlier.
The change with 0.4 to have it be a later building and cost more initially didn't matter much, because Edicts aren't super important, and having them delayed a bit is fine.
However, with the recent 0.414 update, the Captain's Office now enables you to use Blueprints you've created in previous games, and so I think it's genuinely painful that that ability comes so relatively late. You have to climb quite a bit of Tech Tree before you unlock the ability to use your own Blueprints, and worse, you have to pay a very high cost of 200 tier 2 Construction Parts.
Please change to an cheaper Captain's Office that enables Blueprints and a few Edicts, and can later be upgraded to add more Edicts and perhaps other functionality.
