Mine Tower import request option

This would allow for mine towers to be switched to be 'consumers'. Currently, if I want to build a quick ramp, or fill an inconvenient hole, I need to make sure that the ramp-building mine tower is the highest priortiy place where material can be dumped, and then set storages to dump it.
If I could just switch a mine tower to 'request' ,say, stone as if it was a stone consuming machine, delivery trucks would automatically bring it to this one mine tower from storages to build my ramp, without any extra steps.
