Allow Cargo Depot Diesel Input to be flipped

Not much to say; I just want to be able to put the diesel input on the right instead of the left. I'm guessing this is more difficult than it looks since it probably implies changing the direction the ship approaches/leaves from.

Maybe a "dual input", one one each end ;)

My OCD kicked in once I realized pier(cargo docks placed on either side of 10 wide land outjut) cargo docks module didn't line up because of the diesel input
