This thing with Trucks and partial loading still seems funky. Could we possible have an excavator drop off point, perhaps part of the control tower. Excavated materials would go to the drop off point. Trucks would then load, a complete load, only when one was available.

Thats what i did before 5, i would assign a mine to a storage, demand was met by other trucks using storage. please change truck back to only carrying 1 product at a time.
the multi product types on 1 truck increases fuel use/maintenance/ number of trucks required to move the same volume
