Front End Loaders to work with Stackers

Stackers only work with dug resources. So have front end loaders that can dig that loose material to load storage or trucks. And also, a Mk2 Stacker that can rotate to cover a larger area. Its how the real ones work.

I want front-end loaders too!
Ideas: Front-end loader should be tied to the mega equipment as a point of unlock.
- Give it only a 30 size bucket while the mega excavators have 60.
- Only allow it to load pickups, trucks, and small containers.
- Only allow it to manipulate the same materials a stacker can.
- Give the loader vehicle specific load and unload points allowing the vehicle to be able to grab a bucket of something, and drive it someplace else to dump it.
- Bonus: If easy enough programmatically, give the front-end loader a bonus 30 bucket size (Total size 60) when being used for "leveling" or moving dirt on it's own. (eg: No interaction with other vehicles or storage.
