Remote Island Alerts

The usual alert system, just added to the remote mining islands. Some things I don't need to set up a whole cargo ship for early game, but it would be nice to get an alert when the storage is full so I can send my ship out there to collect the resources, or leave it parked out there and go click the load cargo button again so that the mine keeps working if I'm busy doing other things and forget to check the map for a while.
