Mine Storage

Create a better system for mining storage to optimize the use of mining operation trucks.
Trucks drop off materials at the mine storage to allow the logistics trucks to handle the main carry load.
Storages for all loose products that can be mined,.
Storages can only be imported by a mine operation truck and can be exported by the logistics system.
Could be its own item, but probably can just be a setting on the current storage.

I know about import and export routes but the problem is that you can't keep a "Keep Empty" order on the storage if you have an import route selected, so it doesn't effectively clear the storage, a solution I have used is connecting another storage and used that one to use "Keep empty".
It's expensive and not space efficient
