Storage buildings dynamically size

Rather than I, II, or III-sized storages, allow storage areas to be specified by dragging an outline as well as potentially specifying a height. Additionally, IO ports would be determined by the direction of attached conveyors and pipes. The current arbitrary sizes often lead to very unusual design placement decisions. Being able to create dynamically-sized warehouses would allow players to neatly fit storage to appeal to aesthetic and functional decisions.
In real life, warehouse space isn't really a technology unlock (though large fluid and gas storage require significant engineering to hold/withstand pressure). Palleted goods just occupy space. A more likely technology unlock would be storage throughput, such as robotic warehouses where robots pull pallets (usually for large vertical warehouses) instead of forklift operators.
