Export Surplus for Credit

When I have a large surplus, it would be good to export it for some form of credit.
It does not have to be "dollars", it could be credits, such as "Sulfur Credit and Coal Credit".
It should be the players problem, ships and not magic exports / imports.
Maybe even add a bank!
