Level Land Behind Retaining Wall

It is not always possible to select the land behind a retaining wall to level (when the wall is in the square).
It should be possible to level the land behind a retaining wall, no matter the placement.

This would be great if the leveling tool can work regardless of retaining wall placement, I like to make my ramps etc. look fantastic with no gapping holes :D
