Use existing goods in production buildings

If an assembler has multiple recipes it would be good to use stored goods already in the building rather than have a truck pick up the goods only to deliver them directly back again. (For example an assembler makes vehicle parts and vehicle parts II. A truck needs to pickup vehicle parts and re-deliver to make vehicle parts II. Just use the stock already there.
