Local Cargo Shipping

Allow us to ship products from one port (cargo depot) on our island to another using cargo ships.
This would allow materials to be moved long distances without using trucks or long belts and be balanced by the high fuel consumption of cargo ships.

Additionally to add to this allow moving of vehicles locally like this allowing to reach new isles for example or operate remote mines and such without needing to setup massive infrastructure for a remote location
