Make loose cargo trucks take priority over regular trucks

I have a pretty large base, year 3400, 5000 people, etc. The issue I'm running into is I both have trucks running at Extremely Busy rate, AND I have haul trucks sitting idle while yellow trucks are doing all the work. It would be nice if we could tell the yellow trucks to prioritise loose cargo a notch lower than regular cargo so the work balance would be neater. Like I can live with not getting 60 ore delivered instantly, but if my docks don't get consumer electronics I won't be able to afford getting more ore which is more pressing.

Could we designate the cargo type to truck type, as we do with dumping?
