Prime Boilers with Unity

When starting some systems with boilers the first needed input is water into a boiler, which some systems, namely desalination, can get from running. The problem is needing to prime the system with water so that the boiler can run at least once. I find this to be moderately annoying and would like to suggest a simply button on the boiler that spends some unity to place 48 water and 30 coal into the boiler. This would let you prime a self water boiler systems a bit easier and faster than waiting for a truck to get around to it.
Could also apply to the electric boiler, just using 24 steam instead accounting for its reduced output. I'm not sure if it should be allowed to work for the gas boiler since it can use too many fuel types, none of which the player is guaranteed to buffer.
