radioactive waste liquid storage

Add ability to store liquid radioactive products for the fast breeder reactor. Maybe add it to the radioactive waste storage facility to accommodate liquid radioactive waste core fuel spent (Or create a new storage facility graphics later)
Also add storage facility for radioactive liquids like Core fuel, Blanket Fuel both regular and Enriched.
Maybe add (deuterium oxide, D2O) to the game for nuclear reactor cooling. Possible output from the hydrogen plant (uses more power to make D20 instead of H20)
Adding heavy water production and use adds one more level of complexity to nuclear reactors and fast breeder reactor or future fusion reactors as a next level up power plant. A star in a box type of idea for power. Note. These kind of reactors typically use hydrogen as fuel, A tokamak using lots of power to contain the hydrogen especially when fusing. as well as some way to cool the reactor (heavy water) to generate extreme steam and for emergency shutdown/overheating.
