A system should be implemented to upgrade multiple vehicle at once, for example: Select to upgrade a larger number of blue trucks into larger yellow trucks and small excavators into larger excavators.
The system should be customizable, example: Upgrade all excavators assigned to mining tower 1, etc.

Couldn't this also be an interface in the Vehicle depot where instead of making new, you can press a different '+' button that will say to upgrade to this vehicle and it will start from the idle vehicles first or something
