LP steam to HP or SP steam recipe inn the compactor building or similar building

I've seen a lot of suggestions asking for a recipe in the boiler to do that which would make sense if you had to add water as well but if you don't then what you could do is put in the compacter and it would be a ratio of 4 to 1 or so and all it would cost is electricity since all you are doing is packing it closer together instead of making it hotter
or we could have a building that compresses gases just like the compacter for some solids that could compact steam, exhaust, Co2, or some others and you could have another building that does the opposite. for steam it just converts the different steams in between each other, and maybe you need a higher level one to do HP-SP because it would be too much work for it other wise.
