upgrade to bigger building

when there is an upgrade for a building that is the same size as the original there is a little upgrade button which is real handy but sometimes there are upgrades that are to a bigger building which there is no real convenient way to handle
so i suggest the button saying 'upgrade to bigger building' when the next tier is larger and what it does is places the bigger version in your cursor like when you are building something
some benefits of this could be that it will auto deconstruct the previous one if you place it and any contents from the old one (if it is a storage) would be automatically transferred over once it is built, as well as any settings such as priority, keep full to/keep empty to, or the recipes selected

It would need to auto-deconstruct nearby buildings of the same type, as well.
