World map automated freight ships

i've been talking to a friend for a few weeks now that it's tedious to update the islands on the world map. wouldn't it make more sense to make a cargo depot and a cargo ship where the respective parts that the update needs are automatically brought there, and expands if you've defeated opponents. then you'd have one less problem with all the construction sites you have on the main island. i don't know how hard this application would be to implement but for some players probably a helpful act
