Sorters cannot let the main output through if the filter output is full - Plz fix
I noticed that if I am using sorters to try to filter out a cargo, the sorter will get "stuck" and stop letting anything pass through if the filter output is full! This seems like it shouldn't work this way. It completely defeats the purpose of having sorters in the first place. They're not useful if they just stop working when the filter output is filled up.
