Delivery/Expor Switch ON and OFF Tool + View to show what storages allow or disallow delivery/export

Every 15-30 min, I need to manually select 10-30 trucks which decided all of a sudden to try delivery to a storage which doesnt have access, and hence are stuck unless I use unity to free their cargo and manually go to the storages and disable export/import. This is repetitive and is devaluing the game experience.
Just like unity, pause tools, need Truck Delivery/Export ON and OFF tools. Currently, trucks are stupid - they try to deliver goods to storages which cannot be reached, but were incorrectly/inadvertently set to allow delivery without it having any path to do the delivery/export. Need a global tool to set it in one go.
Also need a view to see delivery/export settings across all storages (similar to layers view)

I literally have hundreds of storages, so this setting is becoming very repetitive to me. Need a easy way to auto set delivery/export settings. It will be even better to have the game auto-disable delivery/export on storages which arent reachable by trucks, which will be an even better open. For reachable storages, game should allow player to force disable export/import, but for inaccessible storages, game forces storage to disable export/import and mentions same to player that access should be first granted before enabling delivery/export.
