Forklifts assigned to a building

This might be a rather small feature utilised only early-game, but forklifts assigned to a building may enhance the reality.
With some ten starting forklifts, it can be later assembled and disassembled at the depots.
It is the same one-manned vehicle like truck, but much smaller version, and they can be assigned to certain storages or factories, fetching or delivering the material from adequately near places.
They are supposed to be utilised where connecting all the pipes and conveyors are not to be done for some time (either because of lower priority or wrong design).
