Truck need to have a min amount of cargo to go dump

I have seen my trucks drive across the map to dump 1 ore

Isn't this solved by not using your mining trucks to "go dump"? Instead I setup various containers where my mining trucks empty into the containers only, from there do I let my gen-pop trucks handle the distribution. Thus, the product is sorted as it comes out of the ground, and you get 100% efficiency out of each truck in terms of load. It will only be picking up one product.
On top of this setup, I have the checkbox set to only allow full loads.
