Multi-storey ports for storages

It is proposed to add new ports (inputs and outputs) for all types of storages on different floors (heights 1, 2, 3 in addition to zero). This innovation will simplify the supply of communications.

Also storage buildings (all types) should have eight total input/outputs, each side should have two not just opposing ends having two fixed, so you can change any of the eight to in or out there by allowing easier configuration and design of the belts/pipes.
