Rescue Vehicles that are out of fuel

Within my 55 hours of playing, I experienced quite often that my vehicles ran out of fuel and I had to scrap them all and rebuild them. Therefore, I'd suggest that stranded vehicles should be able to be fueled my another vehicle (maybe an additional vehicle: e.g. Tow Truck)
