Prioritize dumping zones

It would be helpful to be able to prioritize dumping areas. Since trucks automatically pick the closest available target, placing a mark(dumping epicenter) on the map would suffice. The trucks would then calculate distance from this point.

In addition, if the filter is set correctly, the trucks can dump everything in their own area without going to sorting, but they can't do that in another zone, what kind of logic is that?
