STORAGE - allow/disallow SMALL trucks, allow/disallow BIG trucks

2 checkboxes added to every storage - allow small trucks - allow big trucks. Enabled by default.
The idea is to avoid small trucks to deliver loose resources like rock or limestone.
I would build big storages and allow only big trucks to use them (withoud assigning particular amount of trucks). So only big trucks deliver rock and limestone etc. and small trucks focus on produced items like electronics etc.
This would be good QOL feature.
I see my small trucks focusing on rock and other loose resources when there is little movement of them creating delivery needs for smaller amounts that would fit on big trucks.
Small trucks are extremely busy with work and big trucks are not doing anything. Let's ban small trucks on some storages :)

Yeah I like this suggestion it could be an easy implementation.
