Option to change which storage "ports" are input/output.

Option to change storage port usage. The GUI could be similar to the pipe balancer gui but instead of it detecting which pipes are input/output. the user could change that. This gui could be accessed via a button on the already existing gui for storages.
Possibly could incorporate the "priority" feature of the balancer.

yes great idea, It should be easy to swap the input/output sides of storage containers.
