balancer to be able to say how exits/enters each port. EG. 6 coal to port 1, then 3 to port 2, 75 to port 3.

we are able to tee off left and right. how about up and down tee.

A little different suggestion, but even the ability to select multiple levels of priority. Like P1-P6 for each port. You could have multiple p1's if you want to split two ports evenly, once that was backed up/full, it would shift to the next highest priority and split there if necessary.
