More control over Mining tower notifications

Would like the ability to mute notifications for specific mining towers.
I use the stacker to dump in the area I want to fill in, using transports to bring the material in. I have a small mining operation setup to mine the pile and dump, expanding the land.
Notification will show no mining options available when pile is removed - then disappear when a bit is deposited, then show again once that one bit is cleared up.
