Sandbox mode or creative mode

Make a mode where on any map, and individual can have all research unlocked, and the ability to do as they please. And unlimited number of vehicles, unlimited everything. Essentially allow for a game mode where there are no restrictions so players can choose to terraform or build whatever they want. Basically a mode where players can more so interact with the map and do whatever they want, rather than focus on the logistical necessities mandated to upkeep full map exploration in the construction of massive facilities.

please say your making a sandbox mode, it would be a great learning tool.

I love this game but i often find myself just wanting to build this logistical dream and not have to wait 30 hours to unlock all the research. i understand the point of it in the base game but i would play this alot more if i could just, well be in a sandbox mode.

This mod has many interesting features.
Some of them: The ability to quickly change the terrain, unlocking all research and much more. Which easily makes the game a sandbox. This mod supports the latest version of the game today.

Totally agree as i would love developer could provide us sandbox mode to explore further strategy of playing with buildings & resources.

I would also suggest some kind of "lab" to design and test blueprints, with special parts like unlimited supply of desired material or "black hole"

Yes, think there will be many players up for a more relaxing experience with all unlocked.

Mods are great but some games don't support them, and Modders aren't perfect. The devs might keep updating the game, making mods not updated not work. I think the devs should add sandbox, for players who just want to build they own factory+island without the research and resouces needed to.

I would play It a lot more if they added sandbox mode too.
