Excavators should be able to reload the half-full bucket while waiting for trucks

Another point: The mid-size excavator's bucket is perfectly matched with the truck's capacity. When in sync, the excavator can fill a pick-up truck in one swing and a standard truck in three swings. That is quite satisfying to watch as well as very time-efficient. However when a trucks arrives not completely empty or the bucket is not completely full, this synchronization falls apart and they won't resynchronize themselves. Refilling a non-empty bucket would fix that though.
