Barriers have same characteristics as Conveyors

QoL idea: Could we get the barriers to have the same characteristics as Conveyors where you can click and drag to set an "X" amount vs what it is now: single click and/or having to multi-click with shift. As well as the delete function to be the same.
While we're at it, possibly other items that are similar and would benefit to drag-click to put multiple down: Such as Retaining Walls, etc.
