Selection of targeted items in demolish zone

Would be nice to have a selection/checkbox of what needs to be demolished in the drag zone. For example: Buildings, PIPES, belts, surfaces and so on.
I put pipes in caps because it would be really helpful to not demolish underground pipes by accident. We can then just uncheck pipes and everything else gets deleted. Those few pipes that are left above ground we can demolish as normal click section. Think this might be an easy and helpful fix for us struggling with those underground pipe accidents.
