Trucks returning to towers check for new designations

I sometimes run out of places to dump and the trucks start a mass exodus across the map to a tower, i have to click on them individually and move them to get them to reconsider the journey. Maybe by checking the tower for a new designation every few seconds they can figure out the new zone by themselves faster than waiting until they reach the tower.
