Broken Glass to be useable in concrete production

Either be able to use broken glass directly or have it be crushed and then usable in the production of concrete blocks as an alternative recipe.

If nothing else please allow us to dump broken glass.
We're already dumping oil into the ocean, why not broken glass in the land fill?
For that matter, I think we should be able to dump any and all scrap.
Please allow us to dump scrap items into a landfill?
