piorities for connectors

I know there are suggestions for 1x1 (4 port) balancers, but if I could just set a priority on the connector, that would be so much nicer.

as far as connectors go, I also think it would be great to be able to set input or export on storage containers. This would allow for more compact builds where you want to store overflow into storage and then pull it back out if needed.
