research queue easy reorder

Like iron or copper production, added up/down arrows for easy réorganisation of the research queue ( avoiding deletre/recreate queu list )

Instead of using the arrows to reorder the research priority, could it perhaps be a drag and drop list as it could be cumbersome to move items around if there is a lot of research in the queue.

My thoughts:
—Drag and drop is probably the most intuitive solution
—"Increase/decrease priority of this tech" button is also far, far better than "delete everything higher priority than this", but EVEN THAT would be better if we had a button to do it all at once instead of manually
—If drag and drop is hard to do or undesirable, perhaps we could input a new priority number and everything equal to or higher than that number would get bumped.
I am really, really hoping for this improvement because I like to plan ahead on techs, but since I'm not already familiar with the tech tree I also like to reshuffle the plan from time to time. As the saying goes, "plans are useless, but planning is everything". My interpretation of this is that even if your plans have to be thrown out you still are better prepared by the thought you put into making the plans. But you want to be able to revise the plan instead of throwing it out completely!

I would also like to add my support for the ability to easily reshuffle the research queue dragging tiles in a list would, in my opinion, be easiest.
