Loading Dock for trucks

Howdy,
A new building that would be a loading dock driven by a belt on the back end. Could be a 3x3 size, toggable in/out, where trucks could load/unload directly onto a belt.

I would go 1 step further. All loading unloading should be done at a dedicated dock. 1 for fluids, 1 for cargo and 1 for solids. Similar to the docks and the upcoming trains. This way we can optimise our factory layouts that not the biggest storage is on the outside. And if possible the work with loading bays where trucks park neatly in. Bigger loading bays for bigger trucks. This way we can block certain type of trucks to pick/load goods.
