Ore sorting center no output option

Could there be an option for the ore sorting center to have one of the sorted products not be output?
Just so i can have the one or two trashbags and dirt sacks sorted out without using a sorter later in one of the belts?

Definitely second this. When adding new products, the default should be 'no output', so as to not risk polluting one of the current outputs with the new product.
