"There are some mining designations outside of mine tower areas" but where?

For almost all other alerts, you can click them to move display focus to the problem, but not this one, and I find it very hard after a while to find errant mining instructions, would be nice if I could just click the alert and find it.

Same with "not enough fuel to refuel a vehicle". Hundreds of hours in and still I don't know what it means because every time it pops up it's gone before I can determine the cause.
