Create Solar "Forestry" Farms

In order to bring solar more up to snuff compared to other power geberation methods, more compexity or other system integration may be desirable. Utilizing a forestry like system where trucks will automatically place new solar panels and replace them after a configurable amount of time (solar panels degrade with use) could allow them to stop utilizing as much or even any maintenance while also ensuring they're costly space wise, and a permanent inflow of resources are needed to keep it operational in a dedicated loop instead of just requiring maintenance II (which has no sand recycling for silicon). Panels will be built, retired, and recycled without needing to create an abhorent maintenace cost without it also simply being a one and done thing.
