Add priority input/output for 4-way connectors

I would like to see the ability to set priority input/output on the single tile 4-way connector blocks. sometimes I just need to use it as a splitter and don't want to have to make space for the entire 8-way balancer. being a constructed item with increased cost is fine compared to the "free" connectors that just split/merge.
