Conveyor and pipe thoughput adjustment

I feel like the throughput of the pipes and conveyors are arbitrary and don't fit well with the rates of the machines. I suggest changing them to be multiples of 12.
My recommendation to change the current values as little as possible would be 72, 216 and 432, but T3 could be increased more as well (576 would be nice).
