Truck Dropoff Conditions

Whatever the logic is that tells a truck to go dump its cargo should be tweaked so that if it is following an excavator, and still has some threshold amount of capacity, the truck should not drive off to dump it's cargo when the excavator drives more than a tile or two to the next dig site. I've seen my large haul trucks frequently go dump when they are only carrying 20-30 when their excavator moves (seemingly arbitrarily) to a dig site 5 tiles away (there was still at least 1 closer). The excavator then sits there with a full bucket waiting for the truck to come back.
