ELECTRIC vehicles and litium ore process

can we add electric vehicles to the game with lithium ore to produce batteries for them? Creating a whole new production process using lithium ore. create battery charging stations where truck drop off depleted batteries and pick up fully charged ones.
can have different size of batteries for the different size of trucks.

Maybe lithium processing is a good idea. sense lithium is so volitile and difficult to store,we can add a speical building that constantly generates exaust due to its storage properties. when full with lithium,it makes 3 times as much,and it produces smoke as an effect out of a fan on the top. it also cuold make 5 units of raw air pollution in additon to exaust. this building can also store regular materials in increased quanties. it does not make exaust when holding organic materials like wood. Adding in batteries to the game is a fine idea. we cuold add a "battery generator" that consumes batteries and outputs depleated ones while making power. depleated batteries can be processed in a speical plant that makes Toxic Slurry,Acid,and Lead Oxides,a new material that can be recycled into Lead and Oxygen. Lead is another new material that can be processed into Molten Iron that can then be casted. Lead Oxides can also be vented via smoke stack,but it makes a LOT of pollution.
