Display a warning when upgrading a building if the upgraded version doesn't have the same recipe
For example, robotic assembler 2 can only produce tier 4 construction parts, so if I were to mass upgrade my construction parts production line, it would break entirely because nothing would be able to produce tiers 1-3.
